Miley Cyrus has announced that she's got some big plans for 2011. The
18-year-old posted a video on her MileyWorld website, telling fans that
she has got a few 'new ideas' up her sleeve "I'm really looking forward
to 2011," she said. "I've got some new ideas, I want to go on some cool
trips, I want to travel, I want to make this the year that I go out and
do what I'm here to do, and that's to help people and make people
happy." And she hinted that a tour could be on the cards by adding that
she hopes to 'come see [her] fans
